Does LeadRM send email?+−
No. LeadRM never sends cold email. It prepares, verifies, and exports lead data for your outreach tools. Draft with AI is copy-paste only.
What does BYOK MillionVerifier mean?+−
Bring Your Own Key. You paste your MillionVerifier API key in LeadRM settings. Verification runs with your key and credits in the Cold Leads phase. LeadRM does not bill you for MillionVerifier usage.
Can LeadRM import Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Outscraper CSVs?+−
Yes. The Universal CSV Mapper lets you map columns from Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outscraper, or any B2B export. LeadRM deduplicates by email, merges campaign tags onto master records, and preserves unmapped columns.
What are Cold Leads, Opportunities, and Customers?+−
LeadRM lifecycle phases. Cold Leads (Raw/Verified/Outreach) is where Verify Unchecked and Export for Automation run. Opportunities covers Follow-up/Negotiation. Customers is the Customer stage with interaction timeline and stale-contact warnings (>30 days).
Can I export verified leads to Instantly or Smartlead?+−
Yes. From Cold Leads, Export for Automation downloads a CSV of leads in stage Verified, in the selected campaign, not globally unsubscribed, with an email — ready for Instantly or Smartlead import.
Does LeadRM support global unsubscribe lead list management?+−
Yes. Mark a lead as globally unsubscribed and it is excluded from Export for Automation across campaigns.
Is there demo or sample data?+−
New accounts can get sample leads so you can explore campaign tags, verification filters, lifecycle phases, and export without uploading a CSV first.
