What is it?

  • LeadRM is a cold-lead data preparation and light CRM app (not an email sender).
  • Import any B2B CSV (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outscraper) via Universal CSV Mapper, verify emails with MillionVerifier BYOK, tag campaigns, manage lifecycle phases and interactions.
  • Export clean CSVs for Instantly or Smartlead — LeadRM never sends email. Draft with AI (Gemini BYOK) is copy-only.

What is it for?

  • Prep and clean B2B cold email lists before Instantly or Smartlead outreach.
  • Universal CSV → MillionVerifier verify (Cold phase) → catch-all/invalid filter → campaign-tagged export; track Opportunities and Customers with notes/calls.

How much does it cost?

  • Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outscraper, Instantly, and Smartlead are separate products you pay those vendors for if you use them.

What LeadRM is

  • LeadRM is a cold lead data prep / verification / export tool.
  • Import B2B CSVs (Apollo / ZoomInfo / Outscraper / any source via Universal CSV Mapper), verify with MillionVerifier BYOK, export for Instantly / Smartlead.
  • LeadRM does not send email and is not an ESP or SMTP service.

What data we collect

  • Account email and sign-in credentials / provider tokens needed for authentication.
  • Lead records you upload or create (email, company, phone, website, tags, campaigns, pipeline stage, verification results, notes, unmapped CSV fields).
  • Optional MillionVerifier API key if you choose LeadRM Cloud storage for keys.
  • Optional Google AI Studio (Gemini) API key for Draft with AI — stored in LeadRM Cloud when provided.
  • Product preferences such as Developer Test Mode (typically browser-local).

Account & authentication data

  • Sign-in is handled by our sign-in provider (email/password or Google).
  • We use your account identity to scope LeadRM Cloud data to your user only.
  • We do not sell account credentials.

Lead data you upload (CSV imports)

  • Imported leads from Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outscraper, or any mapped CSV are stored in LeadRM Cloud under your account.
  • Campaign tags, funnel stages, lifecycle phase, and global unsubscribe flags are stored with each lead.
  • Interaction timeline entries (Note / Call / Support / Meeting) are stored with each lead.
  • Master records are deduplicated by email when possible; campaign tags can merge onto existing records.
  • You control deletion of leads inside the app.

BYOK MillionVerifier and Gemini keys

  • You may store your MillionVerifier API key in browser localStorage (device-only) or optionally in LeadRM Cloud.
  • Verification calls use your MillionVerifier key and credits.
  • Optional Gemini (Google AI Studio) keys for Draft with AI are stored in LeadRM Cloud and used only to generate copy-paste drafts — LeadRM never sends email.
  • LeadRM does not use your keys to bill you for verification or AI drafts and does not resell your keys.
  • Clear a local MillionVerifier key anytime via API Keys settings or by clearing site data for this domain.

No email sending

  • LeadRM prepares and verifies lists only.
  • Outreach happens in tools you choose (e.g. Instantly, Smartlead).

Exports

  • Export for Automation is a client-side CSV download.
  • Files stay on your device; LeadRM does not upload exports to Instantly or Smartlead.

Cookies & local storage

  • Auth session state is maintained by the sign-in provider and browser.
  • localStorage may hold MillionVerifier keys (if local mode), test mode flags, and UI preferences.
  • We do not use advertising trackers on the marketing or app surfaces described here.

Third parties

  • Sign-in provider — authentication.
  • LeadRM Cloud / our cloud infrastructure — host app static files and store account-scoped lead data.
  • MillionVerifier — email verification when you run Verify with your BYOK key (your relationship with MillionVerifier applies).
  • Google AI Studio (Gemini) — optional Draft with AI when you provide a BYOK key (your relationship with Google applies).
  • Logo.dev — company logo images loaded by website/email domain (or company name) when shown in the UI.
  • Instantly / Smartlead / Apollo / ZoomInfo / Outscraper — separate products you may use; LeadRM does not operate them.

Data retention & deletion

  • Lead data is retained until you delete it or request account closure.
  • Delete leads in-app anytime; see Delete Account for full wipe steps.

Children’s privacy

  • LeadRM is a B2B tool not directed at children under 16.
  • We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.

What personal data does LeadRM collect?+

Account email and authentication data for sign-in; lead records you upload (emails, company fields, campaign tags, interaction notes); optional MillionVerifier and Google AI Studio (Gemini) API keys if you save them to LeadRM Cloud; and local browser storage for keys, preferences, and session state.

Where are uploaded CSV leads stored?+

Leads you import (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outscraper, or any mapped CSV) are stored in LeadRM Cloud under your account so you can manage campaigns, verification, and exports across sessions.

How does MillionVerifier BYOK work for privacy?+

You supply your own MillionVerifier API key. You can keep it in browser localStorage or optionally in LeadRM Cloud settings. LeadRM uses your key only to call verification on your behalf and does not bill you for MillionVerifier credits.

Does LeadRM send email using my leads?+

No. LeadRM is data preparation only. It never sends cold email. Export downloads stay on your device for Instantly or Smartlead.

Can I delete my lead data?+

Yes. You can delete leads individually or in bulk inside the app. See the Delete Account page for full account wipe steps.
