How much does it cost?

  • If you run live verification, you pay MillionVerifier directly for BYOK credits (LeadRM does not bill or resell those credits).
  • Optional Draft with AI uses your own Google AI Studio (Gemini) key — LeadRM does not bill for Gemini usage.
  • Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outscraper, Instantly, and Smartlead are separate products you pay those vendors for if you use them.

What LeadRM stores

  • Sign-in identity (email / Google) via the sign-in provider
  • Leads in LeadRM Cloud under your account
  • Optional MillionVerifier API key in LeadRM Cloud (if you chose cloud key storage)
  • Optional MillionVerifier API key in browser localStorage (device-only)
  • Local preferences such as Developer Test Mode

Step 1 — Sign in

  • Open /app and sign in with the account you want to close.

Step 2 — Open Account Settings

  • Click Settings in the app header, or go directly to /app/settings.
  • Scroll to the Delete account section.

Step 3 — Confirm and delete

  • Email & password accounts: enter your current password, type DELETE, then confirm.
  • Google accounts: complete the Google re-verify popup, type DELETE, then confirm.
  • LeadRM wipes all LeadRM Cloud data under your account (leads, interactions, settings, imports), clears local BYOK keys on this browser, and removes your sign-in account.
  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Optional — clear other devices

  • If you stored a MillionVerifier key on another device, clear site data for LeadRM in that browser — LeadRM cannot erase keys that only exist there.

How do I delete my LeadRM account?+

Sign in at /app, open Account Settings (/app/settings), scroll to Delete account, re-verify with your password or Google, type DELETE, and confirm. LeadRM permanently wipes your LeadRM Cloud data and removes your sign-in account.

What data is removed when I delete my account?+

Deletion removes all leads (including interaction history), LeadRM Cloud settings and API keys under your account, import records, and your sign-in credentials. Device-local MillionVerifier keys on this browser are cleared too.

How long does deletion take?+

In-app account deletion runs immediately after you re-verify: LeadRM Cloud data is wiped, then your sign-in account is removed. You are signed out and returned to the home page.

What about BYOK keys in the browser?+

The Delete account flow clears local BYOK keys on the browser you use for deletion. If you used LeadRM on other devices, clear site data there as well — LeadRM cannot erase keys that only exist on those devices.
